Keyboard shortcuts
Categorise a whole statement without touching the mouse.
J↓Move to the next row
K↑Move to the previous row
AAccept the suggested ledger on the current row
Shift + AAccept the suggestions on all the rows you have ticked
CCopy the ledger from the row above — the biggest time-saver
LOpen the ledger list for the current row
SpaceTick or untick the current row
EnterSave your changes (inside the table, it opens the row's details instead)
Ctrl + ZUndo your last ledger choice
EscDiscard unsaved ledger choices — we ask before discarding
HOpen or close Hotkey Mode
?Show every shortcut on screen
Shortcuts pause while you are typing in a box or while a window is open, so they never act behind your back.
Anywhere in the app
Ctrl + KSearch and jump to any page or action
Alt + JSwitch quickly to another client
Hotkey Mode
Press H to open Hotkey Mode. It walks you through the rows that still have no ledger, one at a time.
1 – 9Give the current row the ledger in that numbered slot
S→Skip this row
UUndo the last one
EscLeave Hotkey Mode
The nine slots start with the first nine ledgers in alphabetical order. Click Customize hotkeys to put your most-used ledgers there; your choice is remembered in this browser for each client. Choices made in Hotkey Mode still need Save.
