Delete your account

Accountant users can delete their own login from the web. The exact result depends on the account type, and records that must be retained for legal or financial obligations are minimised as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to your accountant account.
  2. Go to Settings, then the Security tab.
  3. In the Danger Zone, click Delete My Account.
  4. Confirm with your password. If your account has no password (you signed up with Google and never set one), type DELETE instead.

This deactivates your account and starts a 30-day grace period — sign back in during that window to cancel and reactivate. To erase your personal data immediately and irreversibly instead, use Settings → Data Compliance → Data Retention → Erase my data. Confirm with your password, or, if your account has no password, by typing DELETE and entering the one-time code we email you.

Delete from the web

Sign in at Your AI Accountant, go to Settings → Security → Danger Zone, and click Delete My Account.

Cannot access your account?

Email youraiaccountant@taxoneadvisory.com from your registered address. We will verify ownership before acting on a deletion request. You can request account closure, irreversible personal-data erasure, or both.

Account deletion and personal-data erasure are different controls. Erasure is irreversible and may retain only minimised records required by law. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
