Accessibility statement

We want Your AI Accountant to be usable by every accountant, including those who work with a keyboard only, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.

What we aim for

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our working standard. That is a target we are building towards, not a certification we hold.

Known gaps

An internal review in July 2026 found areas that do not yet meet that standard. We are working through them, and we would rather list them than imply they do not exist:

  • Some form controls are missing programmatic labels or error associations.
  • Some interactive elements are built from non-interactive markup and cannot be reached or operated with a keyboard.
  • Not every modal traps focus, restores focus on close, or is announced as a dialog to assistive technology.
  • Progress indicators do not consistently expose their value or announce stage changes.
  • Some status text in small sizes does not meet the contrast target.
  • The admin area is not yet usable at narrow viewport widths, and uses small default type.
  • Charts do not yet offer an equivalent table or text summary.

Report a barrier

If something blocks you, tell us and we will prioritise it. Email youraiaccountant@taxoneadvisory.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We reply during Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding public holidays.

If we cannot resolve it, you can escalate to our grievance contact at youraiaccountant@taxoneadvisory.com.
